It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. b9casino makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and b9casino accepts no liability in such circumstances.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. Any false information — including name, date of birth, address, or identity document details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account at b9casino. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b9casino reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances, and void any pending transactions or bonuses.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform or programme are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on b9casino.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including username and password. b9casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.5 b9casino reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Account security has been compromised, pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Methods. b9casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 4.2 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in MYR unless otherwise expressly stated for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation by the payment provider. b9casino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. b9casino does not accept third-party deposits and will return funds received from sources not matching your registered identity.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by b9casino are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer as communicated at the time the offer is presented to you. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 b9casino reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of favourable game conditions — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.1 Each game available on the b9casino Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with game-specific rules before placing bets or wagers.
6.2 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. b9casino does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances of a demonstrable technical error by b9casino.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome or integrity of a game, b9casino reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account wallet. b9casino's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 For sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. b9casino reserves the right to withhold settlement pending official confirmation where results are disputed or under review.
6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game or market interface and are subject to change at b9casino's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9casino Platform. Violation of any prohibition below will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

9.2 b9casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 b9casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting b9casino customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9casino holds its applicable gaming licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact b9casino customer support to attempt informal resolution. b9casino aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as specified in clause 13.1.
